What is an Online Webinar?

A webinar is a platform or place where video and audio conferences or meetings can take place online, to a wide audience across the world. By simply opening up the webpage you can enter a webinar and listen or even take part in what is being discussed. Webinars contain a host, the speaker, and attendees. Webinars can include videos, slideshow presentations or just audio. There are opportunities for you to click the “Raise your Hand” button to ask the speaker a question by typing in the chat box or you can simply sit back and listen.
